Departments of GICE
Administrative Department:
GICE’s administrative officers oversee all the departments to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the institution, ensuring that all needs of the client institutions are met while making sure that all employees are valued individually and their personal input is recognized.
Principal Strategist:
The Principal Strategist develops and implements long-term strategies that align with GICE’s mission and vision. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with department heads to ensure cohesive organizational goals.
Accounts Department:
The Accounts Department manages financial transactions, ensures accurate record-keeping, and prepares financial statements. It tracks revenues, handles payroll, ensures tax compliance, and supports budgeting to maintain the company’s financial stability.
Human Resources Department:
The HR department coordinates the recruitment, training, and deployment of GICE personnel. They ensure that opportunities are provided to deserving candidates without compromising quality. Additionally, HR is responsible for employee relations, performance management, and the development of training programs that enhance employee skills and career progression.
Academics Department:
The Academic Team upholds quality standards, oversees the revision and development of academic materials, and ensures alignment with institutional objectives. They also implement professional development programs to enhance teaching methodologies. The skill development faculty members are the backbones of GICE
Client Relations:
The Client Relations team, composed of Academic officials and Public Relations Officers (PROs), engages directly with school administrators to understand and fulfill their academic needs. AMOs monitor faculty performance, provide guidance, and deliver instructional support, while PROs manage communication, acting as liaisons between GICE and client schools to foster strong, collaborative relationships. This team also gathers feedback to continuously improve service offerings.
Promotion Department:
Our marketing team comprises of dedicated Promotion Officers and Marketing Interns who actively communicate with and maintain relationships with academic institutions that share our principles and values
Legal Department:
The Legal Department manages all legal affairs, including compliance with educational regulations, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution. They ensure that GICE operates within the legal framework and safeguards the institution’s interests.
