Skill Development Programme – At a glance
This Programme is our flagship service for the schools and colleges. Our in-house faculty members do train the students in the classroom and interact in the campus to augment their soft skills & life skills. Formal and informal interactions and activities are part of this.We are an academia primarily focused on behavioral and personality development through carefully crafted curriculum. It is directly applied in schools by our trained faculty members resulting in the enhancement of linguistics and etiquettes of students.
It is designed in a way to co-exist with the school/board syllabus neither affecting students’ time nor their academic curriculum. It amplifies the engagement of students and retention of the skills that are being taught. Every year the programme is refreshed to prevent repetition and monotony.
Selection of Faculty Members:
We choose our faculty members based on their qualification, academic experience and charisma which greatly influences the success of our programme.
